Welcome to Noreva. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Noreva, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Noreva. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or adult content
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Contains spam, malware, or malicious code
• Harasses, bullies, or threatens other users
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Contains false or misleading information

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, remove, or refuse to display any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

The Noreva app, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without our express written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the app
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices

7. Reporting and Blocking

We provide tools to report inappropriate content or users. You can:

• Report content that violates our guidelines
• Block users you do not wish to interact with
• Contact our support team for assistance

We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Prolonged inactivity
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Noreva after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Noreva shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Noreva regarding your use of the app and supersede any prior agreements.
